Which Journey Is Best For You?
Created for those who desire in-depth one-to-one counselling or coaching sessions that enables you to discover who you are and what you want from life at your own pace. Perhaps you are new to therapy or coaching, or you simply want to talk to someone who can help you delve into your past for understanding or help navigate your future.
Individual Sessions
£72 per session
This option enables you to book one Individual 50 minute session to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Four Sessions Bundle
£288 per bundle
This option best suits those who would like to book up to four appointments with maximum flexibility.
Eight Session Bundle
£576 per bundle
This option is best suited for those who would like to book up to eight appointments with maximum flexibility.
FAQ's, Terms & Policies
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Booked sessions can not be cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. Failure to attend or cancel a booked session without 48 Hours notice will result in your customer account being charged the full session fee amount. For cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice, the session fee paid will remain on your customer account and can be used for a future appointment. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start time of the booked session, but cannot be rescheduled after the 48 hours timeframe. While this may be difficult to hear, the policy is put in place to safeguard the service and session availability. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to somebody else and so this is a strict company policy
Refund Policy
All sales are final. If you cancel your session with 48 hours notice, the session will sit as a credit on your customer account but will not be refunded to your bank account. We do not refund full or part bundles or packages. You have a period of 12 months to use your bundle of sessions from date of purchase. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; email [email protected] to confirm your cancellation.
Time-Keeping Policy
Please email [email protected] if you are going to be late for your session.
Sessions will always finish at the designated time. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted us to tell us you will be late, we will assume you are not coming and will consider that as a cancellation without the required 48 hours notice.
